Terms & Conditions, Elite Mobile Car Detailing
These terms and conditions govern all mobile car wash and detailing services provided by Elite Detailing.

Pricing & Payment
Our pricing is based on the vehicle size, condition, and the specific package selected. We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon physical inspection of the vehicle if the condition exceeds standard expectations. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Access & Requirements
Clients must provide a safe work environment and access to the vehicle. We require sufficient space for our mobile unit to park safely. Access to a water outlet and power source may be requested depending on the specific service location and package.
Liability & Safe Operation
Elite Detailing provides professional care; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, engine malfunctions, or issues arising from faulty components. We exercise extreme caution, but liability for interior or exterior wear and tear remains with the owner.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for excellence in every detail. If you are not satisfied with a specific aspect of our service, please notify our technician immediately upon completion. We will address any reasonable concerns on-site before departure.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We value your time and ask for the same respect in managing our schedule.
Weather Policy
As a mobile service, our operations are weather-dependent. In the event of heavy rain or extreme weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your booking to ensure the quality of the finish and technician safety.
Bookings & Arrival Times
While we provide specific booking times, arrival may vary within a 30-minute window due to traffic or previous appointments. We will communicate any significant delays via text or phone call.
Service Areas
Our primary service corridor extends from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. Bookings outside this standard area may incur a travel surcharge, which will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to service.
