Cancellation Policy

All prices are starting rates and may vary depending on the size, condition, and type of vehicle. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work begins. Payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods. We require safe and legal access to the vehicle. Services may be refused if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose trim, or wear and tear that may become visible during cleaning. We take pride in our work and aim for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. As a mobile service, weather conditions may affect bookings. In the case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, appointments may be rescheduled for safety and quality reasons. All bookings must be made in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time and date. Arrival times may vary due to traffic or job conditions, but we always aim to arrive within the scheduled window. We provide mobile car wash and detailing services within our designated service areas. Travel outside these areas may be available for an additional fee.
